• Description:
• The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders and, where applicable, by concluding subsequent contracts under the conditions of the specifications. Each lot will be awarded separately. For each of the lots, it is single-grantee framework agreement. Services are regulated by unit prices. The lots of this consultation are organized within the framework of a group of orders bringing together two contracting authorities, Rennes Métropole and the City of Rennes. He will lead to a single contract from which each entity will place orders on its own behalf. Rennes Métropole is designated coordinator of the group of orders, tasked with managing the procedure until notification of the framework agreement concluded, each member ensuring the proper execution of the services as far as it concerns itself. Each project owner will be responsible for the financial execution of the services they have ordered. Lots 1 and 2 include insertion hours as a condition of execution. The hourly integration objectives are defined as follows: - For Lot No. 1: 140 hours per year or 560 hours over the overall duration of the contract in the event of renewal (4 years) - For Lot No. 2: 175 hours per year or 700 hours over the overall duration of the market in the event of renewal (4 years) The holders of lots 1 and 2 undertake to carry out an integration action, at least up to the hourly integration objectives cited above.
