Description:
The market includes two types of services: -the "firm services", enforceable from May 2, 2025. -The services on "purchase orders" notified if necessary. Firm services represent a volume of services guaranteed for the holder. The global fixed price for the duration of the market (1 year) renewable 3 times a year is set at the act of engagement. The sites concerned by firm services are identified in the annexes attached to each batch. On the other hand, the part on order form does not represent any guarantee since Mayenne Habitat is not committed to any minimum or maximum. Orders will be triggered according to needs: replacement of our agents, additional services, etc. The unit prices are fixed to the BPU in the appendix of each batch. The present market contains a social integration clause which applies only for lot n ° 1.
