The electronic signature, is used for different use cases such as HR documents, purchase documents, managerial documents, security documents and a multitude of other transverse documents.
To meet its needs, SNCF must have a dematerialization platform including the following: • An electronic signature system, in two distinct forms:
- an electronic signature portal for defining a signature workflow on different parameters
- APIs allowing SNCF internal applications or other third-party applications (Salesforce, O365, etc.) to call the signature functions of the operator's signature platform
