- Complete supply of electrical energy of the delivery points supplying the delivery points which belong or are managed by the CAVBS and are located within the perimeter of the market;
- Access to the public distribution network and its use for the delivery points of the CAVBS located locatedWithin the perimeter of the market, within the framework of a single contract;
-Mission of balance manager included in the price of the supply of electrical energy, in accordance with article L.321-15 of the energy code;
