Description:
This consultation concerns the supply, electricity delivery and associated services. Its purpose is the conclusion, on behalf of the members, of a framework agreement for: -The supply and delivery of electricity for delivery points (PDL) powered in low and hightension, the list of which is presented at the CCTP-C and in the annexes of the subsequent markets for members of the order group, the list of which is presented in the annex of the CCAP-C and in the annexes of the subsequent markets; -The coverage of the obligations associated with the guarantees of capacity andto energy savings certificates; -the invoicing, including the transmission of invoices in exchange for computerized data (EDI) and the management of relations with the distribution network manager within the framework of a single contract, to the public distribution network; -The mission ofBalance manager in accordance with article L. 321-15 of the energy code; -The compulsory services described to the specific administrative clauses notebook (CCAP-C) and the specific technical clauses notebook (CCTP-C). Subsequent markets will be passedand allocated under the conditions defined in the CCAP. They will specifically indicate the identification of PDLs, the number and location of delivery points, consumption by Horosaisonier post, the delivery pricing formula and the powers subscribed byhorosaisonnier.
