Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the terms governing the markets to go during the period fixed in this document. The object of this framework agreement, and the markets which will be concluded on its basis, relates to: supply and delivery of electricity and associated services- Irrinees in quantities. By deliberation, and in accordance with the provisions of articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 of the public procurement code, the constitution of a group of orders was decided in order to retain a service provider responsible for ensuring the energy supply of their respective buildings.Grouping agreement has appointed a group coordinator of the group to carry out the handover procedure. The coordinator ensures the preparation, realization, award, award, signing and notification of the framework agreement, of the subsequent markets which result from it, and theendorsements if necessary.
