Description:
This consultation is carried out within the framework of a group of orders between the Hautes-Alpes department and certain colleges of the department set out in the RC, in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public procurement code.
The Hautes-Alpes department is appointed coordinator of the order group.
The estimated amounts correspond to the maximum amounts excluding the renewal period included.
For lot n 1, the maximum amount excluding tax is 2,350,000 euros per period.
For lot n 2, the maximum amount excluding tax is 300,000 euros per period.
The amounts will be identical For each renewal period.
The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
The services are paid by unit prices.
This consultation concerns the supply, the delivery of electricity and the services
Associates. Its purpose is to conclude, on behalf of the members of the order group, a framework agreement for:
- supply and delivery of electricity for delivery points (PDL) supplied
in low and high voltage
