Description:
The services relate to the work related to public lighting, including: the maintenance of the existing heritage, the securing of the furniture following accident, as well as the realization of new or requalification developments, without condition of equipment. The framework agreement covers the whole phases necessary for the construction of networks, the realization of public lighting works and maintenance interventions. Decomposition into lots: The market is broken down into two lots, awarded separately: lot 1 - Street work on the public lighting network: framework agreement Mono-attribute, executed by purchase orders with a maximum annual amount fixed at 1,500,000 euros (s) excl. Lot 2-Creation and modernization work of the public lighting network: Multi-attribute framework agreement, executed by subsequent markets with a maximum annual amount fixed at 3,000,000 Euro (s) ht. The maximum number of attributors for this batch is set at 3, subject to a sufficient number of admissible offers. Procedures for carrying out the lot 2: During the period of validity of the framework agreement, the subsequent markets will be awarded after a return to competition between the holders, organized at the time of the occurrence of the need, in particular during scheduled or punctual operations
