places in Alzheimer's protected unit) and will welcome in particular administrative premises, parties
municipalities, care premises for a forecast area of 3,404 m2 (SU) and an SDO of 4,486m2.
The future construction has two levels:
- the DRC, on crawl space whose altimetry will comply with the PPRI regulations, will leave access
fitted on exteriors.
He will be occupied by:
- the Alzheimer protected unit (UPA), or 2 units of 14 places (28 places in total);
- adjoining closed gardens (patios);
- The dining room and animation lounge;
- Technical and logistics services (laundry, cooking, storage etc.);
- Administration, reception and animation.
He will be occupied by:
- The versatile accommodation unit (UHP), or 4 sectors of 13 places (52 beds in total).
- The infirmary and other ancillary premises
