As part of its distance selling activity of stamps and other philatelic products, Philaposte is looking for a service provider capable of handling the design, graphic execution and writing of all its catalogs and other media. commercial. The market is divided into 2 lots: - Lot n°1: The quarterly catalog and the monthly Premium Philaposte catalogs - Lot n°2: The TIP TOP half-yearly catalog, the Mini TIP TOP half-yearly prospecting catalog and other supports Lot 01: Editorial, graphic and editorial design of quarterly catalogs and monthly Premium Philaposte catalogs Lot 1 concerns the editorial, graphic and editorial design of two types of Philaposte catalogs: The catalog quarterly Philaposte: 4 issues per year (produced in French version). The monthly Premium catalog: produced in French and English versions. The expected services consist of: - create the layout and design of the catalogs (brochure, order forms, window envelope, return envelope, 4-fold leaflet, possible flyer, accompanying letter); - write the texts - integrate the content provided (texts, visuals, stamp issues); - prepare the files ready for printing (printing is not part of this consultation); - ensure corrections and validations until the final proof.
