The purpose of this market is to designate a service provider whose mission is to develop a regional, global and coherent communication strategy, to: - Improve the visibility and readability of regional policies with the various targets, - to make the action of the actionRegion in the daily lives of the inhabitants and in the field, alongside local actors, - strengthen the positive image of the region through in particular its media and event impact, - promote the adhesion of citizens and community partners in its future dynamics. ThisConsultation is thus aimed at selecting a service provider capable of supporting and advising the Grand Est region in: - The development of a global communication and institutional valuation strategy (narrative and main lines) in a structured, documented approachAnd adapted to the specificities of the region, - the development and implementation of an action plan which, to be multichannel, will nevertheless specify the priority communication tools given the proposed strategy, while respecting the graphic charter in the region, at the regional level,national, even international; - His speaking
