Description:
This market relates to publishing, enhancement, postage and posting invoices, recall letters, management mail and attachment parts associated with the attention of subscribed users, on behalf and on behalf of the Agglo. It also includes the management of the sending of dematerialized invoices and the sending of alert emails in parallel with the sending of invoices in paper format.
The main services expected are decomposed as follows:
- Implementation of the editic chain for printing and for sending emailings,
- Recurring editions, Under the fold, postage and posting of invoices, recall letters and contentious reminders, management couriers and associated annexes (paper invoices).
- Recurrent sending of billing emailing,
- Punctual editions, folding, postage and mail post and associated attachments issued as part of decided communication campaigns,
- punctual sending of a mass email,
- Monitoring of PND and ENDs,
- Implementation when necessary for a structuring modification or adaptation of the editic chain or for sending emailing.
