Description:
The object of the market relates to the creation of website intended to manage the invitations and information linked to the events of the EDF group. The market is made up of a single batch devolved to 4 maximum attributors, which will give rise to a framework agreement without commitment for a firm period of 3 years and 2 options of 12 months maximum renewable; Or a total duration of 5 years maximum option included. EDF SA emits this market notice on its behalf and on behalf of Enedis, EDF renewable, Group Support Services (G2S), Oklima, Framatome, Arabelle Solution. Nuwards, Dalkia and CCAS subsidiaries will be able to benefit, if they wish and at their first request, from the commercial conditions of the market passed by EDF SA for its needs.
Digital Event solution
Digital solutions incorporating the creation of an invitation website, sending invitations, registration on the site, Possibility for guests to choose their programs (eg workshops), reminders/confirmations and any additional email, edition of Q&R code, the possibility of broadcasting the event in streaming on the platform, the possibility of developing interactivity tools (Q&A ...), and any other Additional service. The service provider will be controlled by the Customer (EDF) or his event agency.
