Description:
The purpose of the market is to carry out a technical and economic study of a hydrogen and derivative terminal on behalf of the buyer. The context and the challenges of the study as well as the detailed description of the services appear in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). He is notNo planned decomposition in lots or in tranches but the market is made up of 2 technical phases: phase 1: Macro economic analysis of an import/export/distribution of hydrogen (and derivatives) according to the scenarios from study 1 of the Atlanthyc program (cf. CCTP, in particularArticle 2 Presentation of the project). - Phase 2: In -depth and detailed technical economic analysis of an import/export/distribution terminal of hydrogen (and derivatives) according to the scenarios chosen by the steering committee of this study (composition defined in article 5 of the CCTP). The marketwill take effect from its notification date and end when admission of services. As an indication, the overall execution period is estimated at 9 months maximum from the notification of thewalk.
