Description:
Eco-construction of a versatile school, a central kitchen and social premises for the DPE in the ZAC Chapelle-Charbon Paris 18th. The program includes an ground floor forming a base aligned with the streets, levels R+1 and R+2 homogeneous above this base, made up of reddente facades, which, while inMarking alignment, organize a distant report of the premises of the school in relation to public space, an R+3 forming attic and welcoming the tablecloth of urban agriculture, visible by the surrounding buildings. Object of this program: this multi equipment will include a school of 12 classes, withOasis courtyard open to district outside school times, sector kitchen (1900 meals/day), two function dwellings and a cleaning spot cleaning of the DPE (island E to be built located at the crossroads of rue du Pre and the New Way in Paris(18th)).
