Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out the service of dusting, disinfection and packaging of archive documents as well as dusting, disinfection and cleaning of shelving and archive stores (ceiling, walls and floor).
In compliance with article L 2111-1 of the public procurement code, this framework agreement is part of sustainable development targets in their economic, social and environmental dimensions.
According to the subject of the services concerned, the Gironde Department does not hesitate to integrate into its Purchasing Policy Various objectives related to the environment, the employment of people in a situation of social and professional integration for people far from employment including RSA beneficiaries, the fight against discrimination and the promotion of equal opportunities. In this last title, in 2021, the Department of the Gironde obtained the diversity diversity and professional equality between women and men through the AFNOR certification organization.
