within the framework of the Territorial Revitalization Operation (Ort) and Action C1/2Ur de Ville agreements signed between the member municipality of Charleville-Mezieres, Ardenne Metropole and the state, the creation of a Place Ducale Hotel is planned (action sheet no. 19) . And, within the framework of the law of February 21, 202 known as "3ds" (relating to differentiation, decentralization, deconcentration), the legislator introduced the possibility of concluding a concession relating to the carrying out of commercial or artisanal revitalization actions or operations. Ardenne Metropole approved, on 28September 2023, a commercial and artisanal revitalization program called "Enclosed and covered rehabilitation of the Ducale administrative wasteland" The objective pursued is to enable the reabsorption of this administrative wasteland located on Place Ducale and integrated into the perimeter of the Ort.
