This consultation concerns the allocation to delegatees, according to a public service delegation procedure, of subcontracts for the exploitation of the natural beaches of Seignosse granted by the State to the municipality via a concession agreement, with a view to developing the defined activities there. below, to the exclusion of any other commercial exploitation.
