Description:
The Public Market Is A Framework Agreement Which Fixes All The Contractual Stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without Minimum But Withec A Maximum Expressed in Quantity For Its Entire Period of Validity Within the Meaning of Article R2162-4, 2 of the Public Order Code. The Maximum Quantities For The Entire Duration Of The Contract Are Defined In Appendix 3 Of The Cctp "Maximum Quantities". The Public Market Is Multi-Awarded For The Lotss No 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 71, 137, 150, 152 and 264. The Public Market Is Awarded To A Maximum Of 4 Distinct Holders Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Candidates And Offers. The Public Market Is Mono-attributable For The Other Lots. The Public Contract Is Treated At Unit Prices Fixed In TheUnit Price Schedule.

The estimated amounts per lot are indicated in the consultation rules.
