- This consultation is launched according to the procedure: market with suitable procedure - article R.2123-1. of the public order code The consultation is: the plan to develop the Place Clemenceau in Drap, including the central place, part of the sidewalks of the general ofGaulle, from Boulevard Stalingrad as well as the part parked south of the square, consists in marking the entrance to the city of Drap and developing the future town hall square. To carry out this project it will be necessary to: - Requalify part of the West sidewalk on Avenue General de Gaulle, -Rearrang the Boulevard Stalingrad to the right of the square, - resume and create the necessary networks on the entire perimeter, - Place the central place - make the repair of the parked part at the entrance ofplace.
