Description:
The purpose of this contract is the door-to-door collection of household and similar waste (OMR, sorting and green waste) from the EST sector of Troyes Champagne Metropole.
In application of Article L2113-10 Public Procurement Code, this consultation is allocated as follows:
Lot n1: Collection North sector (M2023-043)
Lot n2: South sector collection (M2022-057)
Lot n3: EST sector collection
Lot n4: WEST sector collection (M2022-066)
Lot n5: BMA sector collection (M2024-052)
Lots No. 1,2, 4 and 5 have already been the subject of of a consultation and have already been assigned. Their renewal will be the subject of a separate and specific consultation.
This public service contract will be concluded in the form of an ordinary contract and will be treated at a global and fixed price in accordance with article D1 of the AE.
The validity period of the contract runs from market notification until April 30, 2032.
The execution of this contract will begin from the notification regarding the resumption of personnel as well as the transfer of container identification data (article V.1 of the CCTP) and from May 2, 2026 regarding pure collection services.
Execution deadlines are set within the CCTP.
