Description:
La Poste, via the Digiposte brand, wishes to replace its current collection agency aggregator solution, from 01/01/2024 (in production and without service interruption) while ensuring continuity and quality of service. .
At the end of 2022, Digiposte had nearly 9.4 millionuser accounts created, including nearly 6 million able to connect to an organization collecting dematerialized documents. To date, more than half a million users have their Digiposte accounts equipped with at least one collector and La Poste is aiming for a target of 1 million users.here the next 4 years.
The Digiposte solution also offers issuers a paying service for routing and depositing electronic documents in Digiposte safes, presenting itself as a lever for the dematerialization of their user base.
Digiposte offers its 520,000 usersrs a free document collection, centralization and storage service for these collected digital documents. At the end of 2022, Digiposte kept a fleet of more than 396 million dematerialized documents, including more than 144 million from collection.
