_The services relate to the distribution not addressed in boxes of letters of information documents (letters, invitations, flyers, leaflets, magazine, etc.) within often limited deadlines (work information, public meetings, etc.) on sectors and geographic places targeted of the territory covered by the unified TCL network. _ Multi-attribute framework executed executed as you emission order orders. The framework agreement is concluded with each economic operator selected after the procedure. The maximum number of holders is 3. _The framework is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from its notification date. It may be tacitly renewed 3 times a year _The framework-through is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 300,000.00 Euro (s) HT over its entire duration. The maximum amount above is appreciated on the whole of the framework agreement and not holder by holder
