Description:
The purpose of this ordering framework agreement is the purpose of the display and dissemination of any communication medium such as platelets, flyers, postcards, table sets, etc. for the communication needs of Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole and the city of Montpellier on the territoryof these by geographic cutting. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a group of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public procurement code with the following organizations: - Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole (coordinator of the group) - City ofMontpellier This is a mono-attribute framework agreement with maximum annual threshold has entered into articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. The framework agreement will be executed byThe emission of purchase orders. The services are paid by unit prices. The estimated amounts mentioned in the RC are indicative and include all of the renewal periods. The maximum estimated value of the need for the entire duration of the contract (at maximum 4 years), is 2,000000 euros H.T. The duration of the framework agreement is 1 year from the start of starting service, renewable 3 times 1 year
