- The purpose of the framework agreement is to organize simple and complex travel of elected officials or delegations from the city of Lyon on an international or national scale, in the form of turnkey travel.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period from its date of notification until 06/30/2027. The provisional notification date is set at 18/12/2025.
It is concluded without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 500,000 euros H.T. for the initial period and 250,000 euros H.T. for each renewal period
