Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a supplies of supplies relating to direct purchase from a producer ("producer"), by the members concerned, of electricity produced from one or more production assets of renewable origin ("Power Purchase Agreement" or"PPA"), in accordance with article L. 331-5, 3 of the energy code. The PPA which will be concluded at the end of this procedure will be associated with the delivery market and supply of electricity passed by the group (subsequent market relating to the framework agreement relating to delivery, the supplyelectricity and natural gas and the aggregation of electricity production of renewable origin). As such, the producer must: - transfer within the supplier's equilibrium responsibility perimeter (or successive suppliers) designated by the coordinator, the production resulting fromthe installation (or installations) of production, from January 1, 2027; - Contract with suppliers who will be appointed to him by the coordinator following the procedures for allocating subsequent markets mentioned to the pointprevious.
