Description:
The CEA Grenoble wishes to equip its electron microscope with transmission IOL NEOARM with a direct, retractable and in the axis electronic camera, for 4D-Stem diffraction imaging in the field of materials of materials and life.
The camera must support the modesoperating at 60 and 200 kV of the microscope and offer both rapid acquisition rates ( 1000 Hz) and a high dynamic range (16 bits or better).
The tenderer selected at the end of the procedure for the services defined in this regulation, will hold a marketplace by CEA.
The market includes:
basic equipment,
an option with compulsory costing relating to the extension of warranty for an additional year beyond the legal guarantee of one year.
