Description:
In July 2019, the Centre-East DIR proposed a multi-year equipment renewal program of €30.5 million over 9 years (2020-2028), and an annual requirement of around €3.3 million. This program concerns a wide variety of equipment (power supply electrical, lighting, ventilation, video surveillance coupled with automatic incident detection (DAI), radiocommunications, signaling, automation, supervision, etc.), with sometimes significant work costs, and proposes a budgetary outline. This The program is updated annually based on the progress of its implementation, the budgetary context and the condition of the equipment. The engineering structure of the Centre-East DIR being insufficient to ensure project management in addition to management, the purpose of this framework agreement is therefore to be able to entrust to its holder all or part of the MOE of tunnel equipment renewal projects. Also, equipment renewal projects may concern: • all of the works of the DIR Centre-Est; • all categories of equipment installed there.
