the purpose of the contract is to assist Dijon Metropole in the monitoring and development of heating networks: 1 / Analyze Dsp contracts 2 / Develop databases allowing the monitoring of assets and subscribers 3 / Ensure the collection of documents due by the delegate and necessary for the control, analyze them and report to Dijon Metropole4/ Ensure control and monitoring of assets through visits5/ Assist Dijon Metropole in respecting the performance of the contract, obligations by the delegates6/ Assist Dijon Metropole in communication (Ccspsl and subscribers committee,label and other correspondence)7/ Assisting Dijon Metropole in the evolution of networks, contracts and in planning and improving the public service of heating networks. The mission also includes follow-up following modification of contracts
