Description:
This lot M04 mainly includes the construction and integration of equipment allowing the transport of bottom ash from the extraction of the furnaces to the external storage platform, ensuring the following objectives:
- Recover the raw clinker directly from the outlet of both extractors (modernized line 1 and line 2bis);
- Ensure particle size separation of large fractions from the main flow.
- Ensure the removal of iron from the main flow with a view to recovering ferrous materials.
- Put in place optimal temporary arrangements in terms of operation and security in order to ensure operational continuity during the different work phases of the project;
- Maintain as much operational continuity as possible in the event of a malfunction at any point on the handling and processing chain;
- Enable rapid, reliable and reliable maintenance secure at all points of all equipment
