- This consultation concerns the digital solution for the processing and dematerialized exchanges of procedures related to public works declarations (DT/DICT) and the follow -ups of sites.
More specifically, the services relate to the provision of dematerialized services relating to the Receipt and sending forms implemented in application of network anti-annual regulations since July 1, 2012.
The technical solution made available to the Rouen Normandy metropolitan area must allow various users to monitor linked documents to the procedures for managing sites near networks and more particularly the declarations of work (DT), the declarations of intention to start work (DICT) as well as the urgent work notices (ATU), whether:
- as a client or project manager,
- in As long as network manager,
- As an executive of work under management.
