Description:
The city of Saint-Nazaire wishes to make a diagnosis of the state of the monument of the American memorial and the Mayo monument (abolition of slavery). At the end of this diagnosis and according to his conclusions, the holder will be responsible for the drafting of the specifications for their consolidation or restoration. Applicants will therefore have to have the museums of France. The consultation is broken down into two lots. Each batch will lead to the conclusion of an ordinary tranche market. The slices are as follows for the two lots: - Farm edge (TF): statement of state of The work, structural diagnosis, technical and history study - optional tranche 1 (TO1): Drafting of specifications for the consolidation and maintenance of the work (including cleaning) - Optional tranche 2 (TO2): Drafting of a specifications for catering of the work
