Description:
The provider will have to carry out diagnoses of the quality of the gas installations offered by GRDF:
-pan who move in with accommodation for residential use in which the interior installation of gas has been out of service for more than six months (GRDF diagnostics).
-pan Flocked for more than 12 years in accommodation for residential use and whose gas boiler has more than 12 years (sedentary diagnostics)
(Set called gas quality diagnostics).
These gas quality diagnoses are initiated by the distributor.
Gas quality diagnostics obey following fundamental principles:
• The service is centered on a technical act (control of the customer's interior installation) which takes place in an environment of related procedures (administrative, IT, communication to the customer, ...);
• Installation control Interior of a customer, carried out in the context of a diagnosis, aims to ensure by a visual examination and measures to concentrate carbon monoxide, that this installation does not have any defect capable of putting the client or a third party in danger. In no case is it a control compliance from the installation to the regulations in force;
• By interior installation, we hear the part which begins at the exit of the counter or the cut -off organ and which goes to the connection duct (included) connecting the boiler to the smoke duct;
