The Service Provider Or The Team Must Have The Skills Required To Carry Out This Type Of Mission, Namely In Terms:- Mission Director;- Specialist(S) In Hydraulics;- Specialist(s) In Civil Engineering; - Specialist(s) in Hydraulic Modeling;- Specialist(s) in Urban Planning;- Specialist(s) in Energy Savings;- Specialist(s) in Metrology;- Specialist(s) in Public Finances.
