-the sustainable development and the presence of nature in the city by offering the creation of green spacesQuality, so many areas of climatic resilience and allowing their mesh of green and blue frames
-the landscape, within the city, allowing to rework cones of views and large perspectives towards the structuring elements of the landscape.Available constitutes a significant urban renewal potential for the city while allowing the objectives of the climate and resilience law to be achieved. These brownfields constitute important land reserves which it becomes essential to mobilize in the objective ofZero net artificialization.
Indeed, these approaches have become a major issue in development and improvement of the living environment for the population.
