This framework agreement concerns the following services on behalf of the Community of Agglomeration Ventoux Comtat Venaissin (the Cove) and the City of Carpentras:
- The developments and maintenance of the group's telephone system: a telephone system on the main IPMitel Voice Business and its ecosystem.
- The centralization of a few independent sites with the main system.

A compulsory visit is scheduled for Thursday April 24, 2025 at 10 a.m. (plan 2h) on site at the following address:
