The work will be carried out in the framework of a financial partnership between the Department of the North, the
Community of communes of Pevele-Carembault (C.C.P.C.), the commune of Orchies and the municipality
of Landas.
Each party undertakes to pay in the department the amount of its participation, adjusted to the real cost of
work, correspondent for the municipality of Orchies at 30 % of the work carried out in agglomeration and
at 30 % of the work carried out outside the agglomeration of orchies and in and out of agglomeration
