Type and form of contract: Lot n 01 "Sanitation and road works-subdivision Les quais Saint-Hilaire (delegated commune of Saint-Hilaire-de-Loulay)" will be concluded in the form of an ordinary market. Lot n 02 "Works for the development of a provisional car park with 150 spaces boulevard Vincent Ansquer (delegated commune of Montaigu) "will be concluded in the form of a trank market in application of articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the public order code.
