The purpose of this contract is the development work on the Parc des Olympiades and its surroundings and adjacent streets, including the construction of roads, various networks, street furniture, electrical installations, public lighting and landscaping. The services are broken down into three separate lots: Lot 1 VRD and furniture, lot 2 lighting and lot 3 green spaces The market is made up of two tranches: - Firm tranche concerns: oThe existing parkThe Rue de La Mare in GuillaumeoThe Square des MagnoliasoThe ice rink sector oThe gymnasium sector oThe Basket Nord sector oThe crossing plateau sector on avenue des Olympiades.-Conditional phase includes the work relating to the development of the Niemeyer esplanade located above the parking lots of the Niemeyer I and II real estate complexes. The development of the public spaces of the increased park will be carried out in several phases.
