Description:
The market will take the form of a market with purchase orders for a period of 4 years (3 years firm 1 year optional).
The Holder of the market must be authorized by the publisher SKYLINE to work on their software suite TERRA.

The services, subject of the contract, are as follows:
- development of mmodules and/or additional functionalities to the environments of the TERRA EXPLORER software suite,
- upgrade of the interface for presenting 3D models based on the TERRA EXPLORER API,
- interior and/or exterior 3D modeling of premises or buildings,
- training sessions onr TERRA EXPLORER and/or TERRA BUILDER software suite,
- center overflight services (drone or plane) in order to update the cartography.
