Description: The purpose of this market is to develop the local intercommunal town planning plan of the Pays de Martigues (communes of Martigues, Port-de-Bouc and Saint-Miter-Les-Remparts), within the metropolis Aix- Marseille-Provence. The mission includes the development of the PLUI, the environmental assessment of the document and the PLUI governance and consultation system (Lot 1) as well as the realization of studies and intellectual services in terms of taking into account the fire fire risk of forest in the PLUI (lot 2) and the development of the individual sanitation zoning jointly in the PLUI (lot 3).
