Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to develop a landscaping scheme (SDP) for HAROPA PORT | ROUEN. This global document aims to define a long -term vision for regional planning. It will take into account the landscape characteristics of the sites, the environmental issues, societal and economic, as well as the expectations of the inhabitants. It will serve as a frame of reference for future interventions in terms of landscape.
Haropa Port I Rouen wishes to acquire this strategic tool to think about the evolution of the landscape in which its activities are part, today And for the future. The landscaped master plan will include an action plan to think about the evolution of the industrial-port landscape allowing:
- to re -examine and improve the landscaping integration of the port and its porosity, as a priority on the existing and future contact areas which present a particular sensitivity, namely on the upstream area of the port of Rouen: Moulineaux, Petit-Couronne, Grand-Couronne on the left bank and Val-de-la-Haye on the right bank; and secondarily on the other sectors of the downstream area of the port of Rouen;
- to make existing nature spaces, or to create, levers of appeasement and conciliation or reconciliation between countryside, city, industry and port;
- to set principles of development and management of transition, edge, physical or visual transparency spaces, entry/exit and crossing of port areas ;
