Description:
This contract aims to assess the technical, economic, legal, organizational and temporal viability of this project, with a view to initiating operational follow-ups (studies, procedures, financing and work). The study is broken down into 4 phases: Phase 1 : Consolidation des données sources et diagnostic de terrain; Phase 2: Critical reading and interpretation of the hydraulic model; Phase 3: Identification of favorable sectors and construction of scenarios; Phase 4 - Analyse multicritères et aide à la decision. Its expected duration of execution is 20 months, SyAGE validation periods included. The maximum execution time, excluding validation times, is between 10.5 and 11.5 months. The bidder may propose deadlines, in phases, optimized in the AE and its planning. The start of services is planned as soon as the contract is notified by service order, i.e. a forecast date of April 1, 2026
