Description:
The municipality of Brignoles wishes to pursue a prevention policy in order to limit floods by runoff on the municipal territory and to integrate the management of rainwater in regional planning. Indeed, flood problems are observed frequently in certain Sectors. The aim of this market is to make a master plan and a sanitation zoning of rainwater in the town of Brignoles in order to set up rules for the management of rainwater and meet the requirements of the PLU. The purpose of the study is to establish prescriptions technical regulations which can be integrated into planning and town planning documents (PLU). The city of Brignoles has entrusted a service provider, the mission of assistance with administrative, financial and technical contracting. It is the ACRI-IN company located in Sophia Antipolis which was retained to provide this service. The market begins from its notification. It will end during the unreserved reception of services. The execution time of each phase as well as the maximum period of the study is specified in the market parts.
