- The consultation concerns a development concession to deal with degraded private housing and combat residential vacancy in the old center of the town of Mantes-la-Jolie. It aims to: - A monitoring-animation mission from OPAH-RU concerning nearly 685 housing units over 12 years; - Thereimplementation of several real estate restoration operations (ORI), concerning approximately 15 buildings and 200 vacant housing units - The acquisition, renovation, rental and resale of housing over time, and more precisely to: - The sale of building to renovate with work requirements (VIR) (10% of housing) - Use of the real estate and land intervention system (DIIF) (60% of housing), implying for the concessionaire to be a lessor for 6 years, then to sell the property concerned. - The resale of housing after renovation (30% of housing).
