Description:
Located in the very center of Marquette-Lez-Lille, the Boone/Paindavoine site, the central axis of the project, with an area of 8 hectares, will host the future heart of the city, an essential cog in the transformation of the Bords de Deule. This strategic sector, which has been changing for several years, benefits from strong metropolitan dynamic, reinforced in particular by the upcoming arrival of a tram line.
Development concession in MARQUETTE-LEZ-LILLE Nouveau Coeur de Ville (Paindavoine / Boone sites)
By deliberation No. 25C0154 dated June 27, 2025, the European Metropolis of Lille approved the program and authorized competition for the award of a development concession for the Boone/Pandavoine sites in Marquette-Lez-Lille in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 300-4 to R. 300-9 of the town planning code. Located in the center of Marquette-Lez-Lille, the Boone/Paindavoine axis site central of the project, with an area of 8 hectares, will accommodate the future heart of the city, an essential cog in the transformation of the Bords de Deule. The planned construction program will develop approximately 450 housing units with a social mix distributed as follows:
•A minimum of 30% of social and very social rental housing;
•A minimum of 30% affordable housing;
•Approximately 40% of vacant housing.
