Description:
This contract includes the realization of the commercial component of the DOO and the DAACL and their updating until the approval of the SCoT. This mission consists of: • The realization of the commercial component of the DOO and the DAACL which meets the requirements of the Urban Planning Code, integrating the commercial components, crafts and logistics (small logistics). This will involve drafting the document, formulating requirements and recommendations in terms of commercial development and spatializing the commercial zones (urban centralities and peripheral areas of location). • Assistance from the Union in the drafting of the constitutive documents of the SCoT on the trade, craft and logistics aspects: the DAACL aims to co-construct and specify the DOO while being part of the diagnostic issues and the orientations of the PAS; • Facilitating consultation times with stakeholders at key stages of the procedure; • Support for elected officials in decision-making assistance
