Description:
The award procedure used is an open call for tenders subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are divided into 2 lots. Each lot will be the subject of a market. Candidates have the opportunity to submit bids for all lots. The overall time limit for the execution of all services is 15 months including 2 months of site preparation from the date set by service order. This consultation includes execution conditions of a social nature, the details of which is indicated in Appendix 1 of the commitment document for the lots concerned. The project owner decided to implement an approach aimed at promoting employment. The company holding the contract must therefore respect the condition which commits it to reserving an hourly volume of work in favor of one or more person(s) from priority audiences. For the lots concerned, the hourly volumes of work are: - Lot n1: 1,100 hours of insertion - Lot n2: 800 hours of insertion Compliance with these provisions is a condition for the conformity of the offer. An offer containing reservations or not respecting these specific conditions of execution will be declared irregular on the grounds of non-compliance with the specifications. charges
