Description:
As part of the FSE+ Innovation and well-being in social training project, IRTS Hauts-de-France wishes to develop an ethical and reflective digital tool, based on artificial intelligence, to support students in their well-being and health. mentality and their motivation. This AI, of the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) type, will exploit a corpus of life stories from former students, social workers and trainers to promote ethical reflection, professional posture and understanding of the profession. The objective is to transform professional experience into an educational and psychological resource, by promoting narration, transmission and reflexivity. The device must comply with the GDPR and be hosted on servers Europeans, and guarantee the sovereignty and transparency of the source code delivered to the IRTS.
