Description:
The interventions can be numerous and of small importance, possibly over limited periods (school holidays, periods of low activity) and often simultaneously.
Depending on the lots, the contract provides for the following levels of intervention:
- Urgent = level 1 work:
- Currents = level 2 work
- Work outside office hours = level 3 work
This is a framework agreement with purchase orders (based on prices from the BATIPRIX catalog) for works concerning buildings falling under the jurisdiction of SMMAG (in full ownership, made available or rented)
